Internal work (psychological, emotional, mental, spiritual) is exhausting! You aren't moving but boy the energy sure is. Purging demons, cleaning out old skeletons, and smoothing out ruts is challenging, discouraging, enlightening, thrilling, and unsettling, too. And I wouldn't trade it for a thing.
