I've been feeling very frustrated, uptight, and negative the last few days, about everything in general. I don't like the feeling, and yet part of me just wants to wallow in it. Whether it's a celebration or self-pity, at least it's a party, right? :) What struck me today, was the direct correlation between writing in my journal (of any kind) and my emotional state. The more often I write, the better I feel. The less often I write, the worse I feel. Then the irony struck me: the less I write, the more PENt up I am and the more PENsive I become. One way or another, a pen will be in my life. :) At least it seems to be a positive fix to my moods, so that's good. Almost as enjoyable as flirting!
